Delivery & Pickup Information

We are open Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Delivery Service

• Same-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Orders must be placed 11:00 AM for same-day delivery.

• Delivery service is unavailable on Sundays or statutory holidays.

• If you would like to place an order after our cutoff time, please give us a call to see if we are still able to accommodate your request.

• Our drivers plan their routes based on the number of deliveries scheduled each day, which can vary, so we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times or provide exact arrival estimates.

If the Recipient Is Not Home

If no one is available to receive the flowers:

• If the weather is suitable and we believe the area is safe and protected, the flowers may be left outside. We will notify the recipient.

• For apartment or condo deliveries, if possible, we will leave the flowers with the concierge and notify the recipient.

• If the temperature is too hot or too cold to leave the flowers safely, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery for another day.

• Please note that an additional fee will apply for rescheduled deliveries.

Incorrect Addresses or Failed Delivery Attempts

• If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or if no suitable drop-off option is available, the flowers will be returned to our delivery depot. A re-delivery will be attempted the following day.
• Additional delivery charges will apply.
• Please be aware that flowers left outside for an extended period may be affected by weather, which can reduce their freshness and lifespan.

Pickup Service

• Pickup is available Monday through Sunday during regular business hours. Feel free to stop by anytime that is convenient for you!
